'Laalo – Krishna Sada Sahaayate' Hindi release creates buzz; 400 shows across India; Ankit Sakhiya REVEALS

The Gujarati film 'Laalo' has finally made its Hindi release and the journey feels very special for the team. The film released yesterday in Hindi and is now running in theatres across India. It is competing with big films like 'The Raja Saab' and 'Dhurandhar'. Even with strong competition 'Laalo' has managed to get a good number of shows, which has made the team proud and happy. For a film that started small, this Hindi release feels like a big step forward.In an exclusive chat with ETimes director Ankit Sakhiya shared details about the Hindi release. He said that Laalo is currently running with 400 shows on 315 screens all over India. Talking about their release plan, he explained, “Our idea was to begin on a small scale with limited shows and gradually expand based on public demand much like how Shri Krishna’s Viraat form unfolds slowly, revealing its full grandeur over time." To celebrate the Hindi release a special screening of 'Laalo – Krishna Sada Sahaayate' was held in Mumbai. The evening became more meaningful when filmmaker Subhash Ghai attended the screening. The makers shared a picture from the event and wrote, “A special moment at the Laalo premiere.” The team looked emotional and proud at the same time. The Hindi premiere became even more emotional when superstar Hiten Kumar arrived at the screening. Known for his powerful negative role in Vash, Hiten met the entire cast and crew with warmth. He hugged them and spoke kindly to everyone.
